Question FORMS... need functional forms - 06-12-2008, 11:03 PM

I would like to have a page that has a form on it. This form will of course have the usual name, e-mail, phone, address in it but, I would also like the customer to check boxes on different services he/she wants rendered. How do I get this functional on my site and have it auto e-mailed to me without it trying to open up outlook or other e-mail software on the customer?

If you would like, take a look at my site and click on contact us at bottom. Then choose one of the titles and that will take you the proper form. When you fill in the information and hit submit, it opens Outlook. I do not want this to happen. I am looking forward to your response to what I need to do.

Thank you...

There are a lot of posts on the site that explain how to set up forms on your pages. The best one probably to look at is right on the first page 'stuck' at the top. Check that out. If it doesn't work for you, then I would suggest doing a search through posts, as this has come up quite a few times.

Easy thing to do if Goolge 'Coffee Cup Form Builder', create a form for free, or buy the software for $39.00..it's fairly idot proof. Also, your site looks nice, you should change your <Title Tag> don't call it Home, put Keywords in there
