Found out how to put flash flv video on page

I am not at work, but I'll try to regurgitate the exact directions. First, the insert directions sent to me by WebEasy don't work. Here's what worked for me:
1. First, convert your chosen AVI video file to a FLV file using a freeware or other conversion software.
2. Place an image on the page, (photo or clipart.)
3. Resize the image to 320 x 260 (for a flash video of 320 by 240. The extra 20 pixels makes room for the flash control panel.)
4. Right click and go to embed object. Go to Flash Video. Go to "FLVplayer" and click to select.
5. Right click again. Click on "file." Navigate to your (converted) FLV video, and click on it to link it to the player.
6. Right click again and go under "player properties." If you want the video to be started manually by the user, double click in the box on the start command and put an x in there, meaning manual start. If you want it not to loop, do the same, putting an x in that box.
7. in the player properties box where you see a jpg, that is the first still frame of your video. Replace that frame or jpg photo with one from your video, 320 by 240 (not 260). Navigate to it and select it.
8. Preview in the browser. It should play as you set it up. If anyone has different directions that work, don't hesitate to modify these. But these instructions work for me fine.

Did you try just dragging the file on to the page?
