I use directnic.com a lot of the time. Their prices are pretty reasonable. Customer Service isn't the greatest all the time but I really haven't had much need to call them. So I gueess that's a plus in itself?

They have a few different types of plans from free hosting to about $16 /month. It all depends on what you want.

Use Hostgator, they offer monthly payments, and they are very good. Or I can host your site free for you, if you give me the money for the domain you want.

Hostgator can be found here.
