How to Add a FLV Player and FLV file with Web Easy

This question has probably been asked a million times. But, when I tried to add a FLV stand alone player with Web Easy 7, the browser does not recognize FLV flash players or FLV files. Am I right? Since I have a real nice FLV player and my movies are FLV, it would be real nice to find a way to add them. I did notice that the browser does have SWF exts. listed, so I assume it will not be a big ordeal to switch to SWF files, and a player. What's the easiest way to add either a stand alone FLV player or a swf player? Today I got stuck bad trying to insert, or drag or, import, or embed a FLV player into a page. Nothing worked, which was frustrating. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
