Talking 7.1.0 - 05-29-2008, 01:34 AM

I remember a thread asking if anyone had 7.1.0 Web Easy. I do. I have had fantastic response from both Avanquest and Conceiva concerning my problem with WE7 , Vista Home Premium with AMD. I tested four sets of Beta Software from both Avanquest and Conceiva (the Light Box Co).The set I am using now was the last set, actually 7.1.4 Exe file and came from Conceiva. There are over 30 files involved, and 30 emails.I don't know why they didn't release 7.1 maybe I had a unique situation. Repeating, I have always had prompt response from Avanquest. Support.

The File Browser at the bottom of Web Easy is the product of www.conceiva.com. You can find additional info in Help/About Web Easy Professional/Copyright in the WE program.Maybe it didn't work in other instances.

Well, WebMonkey08 you don't have to get nasty about it. FYI the upgrade stopped WE from crashing upon opening and shutting down without warning, increased stability and cut my CPU load by 50%. WE has always been a resource hog, now just not as much.
I think alot of people would be interested in this update written for Vista.

You'll be fine. It's a long way to where what I want in 7.1 will be required. Much to learn between there and here.....and it never stops.

Maybe if you buy it at the store you will be one of the ones with 7.1...or not.

The CD from the store (Staples) turned out to be 7.0.
I'm wondering if 7.1 isn't more of a myth?
