DATABASE FUNCTIONALITY- mysql / php

Hello Each

I'm trying to add a Form to my WebEasy Pro 7.0 web site which will link to a mysql database using php.

I've created my database. it's sittng on my host server. The host server is mysql / php enabled etc etc. I've designed the form using Form1BuilderMySQL so I'm all set to trial it, but now I need to integrate the form into my WebEasy 7 website.

Up to this point, I've used tools where I don't need detailed knowledge of html, php etc etc and so (ideally) I'm looking for a simple solution. I can however follow and implement detailed technical instructions if that is what it will take.

Anybody any suggestions, ideas etc PLEASE?
