Different sets of keywords for every page

Hi there,
All of my pages has got the same set of keywords and search engine is working fine pushing my site to the top.

However, my boss suggested that it will be better to have different sets of keywords for every page so that people can search us even better. My questions:-

1. Is this true?
2. Will doing this affect search engine with crawling problem because the keywords were different for every page?

Keywords should reflect page content

Yes. Each page should be optimized for your keywords/keyword phrases. They will probably be different for each page so you definatley want to set the keyword tag accordingly on each page.
