updated site, but still no new pages.

I someone could please help me. I put my site up last week as a test, and now tried to update the site. I did all the same things that originally got the site up (export to html, made an new folder with the updated website, and uploaded the new folder). I have tried using the same profile name, then also tried using a different profile name. WHen I look at the publishing report it says that the original files were modified, and there is also a folder in my cpanel with the second profile name that I tried using, so I think the new website was downloaded but I can't get it to appear. I could sort this out with the hosting company but I can't see me calling them up everytime I update my site. Thank you.

You what,You what,You what...You what? You're making this far more complicating then it actually is. What do you mean you made a new folder. What you do is 1) make your changes in WE 2) Build/Publish your site. There should be only (1) Folder (Public HTML) and the new stuff over writes the old stuff. What's your URL, and the Folder you think you put it in?
