Vista - Serial Number Issues

I have Windows Vista and have installed RMS V 2.0.1. Every time I run the program it asks for the serial number.

I have installed the program under the administrator option. I update my virus definitions DAILY at 3am and run my virus scan DAILY at 4am.

What suggestions do you have so that I can enter the serial # one last time and not have any more issues with it??
