code was already used so can not use program anymore

I purchased the ringtone media studio awhile back and ive used it for awhile and now all of a sudden its saying this" It appears that the serial number you selected when installing Ringtone Media Studio was already used. Therefore, this software cannot run with this serial number." I don't understand why it's doing this all of a sudden.
