I tried out the demo of this product and decided to purchase it. They sent me a serial # through e-mail on Friday October 19th however It says it's already been used. This software is new to me and I have not had it previously installed nor have I installed it on any other computers.

I posted this message five days ago as well as e-mailing your company. Currently I have $29.95 software that I can't use. I would think the least someone could do is give me a new serial number or refund my money.
