Serial # already used

I have switched PC's several times since I purchased this software and hadn't used it for awhile. I installed using my purchsed serial # and get a message that it was already used. Yes, it was 2 phones and 3 PCs ago, I have a valid license and want to start using the software again. How do you provide a solution for paying customers to have some flexibility in the use of the software??

Please send an email to cmunoz@avanquest.com with the serial number and a link to this forum. All need to reset the serial.
