OTA Delivery: Direct link forbidden. - 10-05-2007, 03:58 AM

I have had RMS version 2.10 for about 1 year and never had a problem with the program. Yesterday I tried to use it and luck would have it, it has the this message on my locker link,OTA Delivery: Direct link forbidden. Can you tell me what would cause this message to come about.
