Not receiving texts

I've been requesting tones be sent to my phone, and the program tells me they have been sent, but after almost 45 minutes I have yet to receive them.

What service provider do you use?
I've seen a few issues recently with Verizon service. Otherwise the server is functioning properly right now, so there must be some issue with your phone/service.
