I keep getting the same error message when I try to access My Locker, Online Library or Create My Online Account menu items:
"Your connection is closed". There is a button immediately under that which says "Restore your connection". I click that button and the same thing repeats. What do I do now? Is this a server problem as was mentioned in another post from a few weeks ago? |

I should add that, upon installing and running the software for the first time yesterday, I did all the online updates and registered the software. I'm running version 2.10 on a WinXP SP2 system with plenty of resources.
Another possibility I thought of is cookies. Do I need to configure IE to automatically accept cookies from any particular web address? Right now I'm set to only accept cookies from sites in my trusted zone. I was hoping that this morning the online access would be available but it is not. I'm beginning to wonder if I didn't waste $17. I notice there are a number of posts in this section of the board with no moderator reply. Anybody out there? :lol: |
