I have Ringtone Media Studio V.2. I have downloaded the MP3's to my phone and listened to them, but I can not set the MP3 as a ringtone. The Ringtone Media Studio software has my phone on the list of phones. I have also called my service provider (T-Mobile) and there are no problems there. I don't understand why my phone is not letting me set the MP3's as a ringtone. I would like to know if you could help me out?

I am not familiar enough with your phone to tell you for sure, but generally when the phone won't allow you to select an mp3 as a ringtone it means the phone doesn't support mp3s as ringtones.
It sounds like your phone may have an mp3 player built-in, but may not support that file type for a ringtone setting. To find out for sure you can search for information online, read the phone manual, or contact Kyocera. |
