Default Windows Vista Compatibility... - 02-20-2007, 01:35 AM

Greetings to ALL :!:

I recently purchased Ringtone Media Studio 2 and I'm using Windows Vista Ultimate. The installation was a grand slam, the registration flawless, it opens and closes. I can create Melodies, ringtones, images and videos. I can even upload everything to My Locker EXCEPT for MP3s.

I did see the post on the error, "unsupported format-mp3 codec may be inapporpriate or missing", which is what I'm also getting. I checked the Registry and it is set correctly but I still get the error when I try to transfer/upload to my locker. So, does anyone know how to get this to work with Vista :?: If it doesn't work...when will a patch/upgrade be available :?:
Thanks ,
Gus

The codec issue is due to the codecs in Windows Vista not being full version/full access codecs. Here is a website with more information on audio codecs as well as links to downloads for full version codecs.
