Download Failed -

I got the trial version and downloaded 2 ringtones no problem. Then I paid for the whole version and updated my software with the serial number. I am now trying to download another ringtone and everything goes ok and it downloads about 6% of the song, then I get "Download Failed"--
I have enough room in my memory for this file so I am not sure what the problem is any thoughts? PS I have Cingular Wireless and I have a Motorola V400

Just found out that Cingular is having nationwide problems with media stuff--I probably shoulda checked that first...

What is the size and file type you are trying to send to the phone?
