Default Sanyo M1 - 01-24-2007, 03:04 PM

I used the Melody Studio to create a real sound ringer for my Sanyo M1. I sent it and it goes to the phone as a media file. My problem is that I can't get that file into "My Content" to actually use it as a ringer. All I can do is play it through the Media Player.

You need to check the documentation for your phone regarding setting up the File that you had transferred as a ringtone .

There is no documentation that says how to do that. I would think that since you support ringers on that phone that you would be able to get someone from the create ringers stage to the actual using the ringer stage. So far the software looks good but the support isn't very helpful. Hopefully you can change that.

It is interesting that the software shows that you support the M1 but you don't really support it.

However, those who may have the same question I have not found a way to transfer from the media player to the ringer. The only way I could send the ringers is through the locker over the network. Hopefully this will help someone since the techs can't.
