The software stopped sending ringtones to my phone

All of the sudden i stopped getting my ringtones when i would send them. I tried sending one to a friend to see if it was my phone and it didn't work then. I would like to know why this may have happened. I have verizon and have never had a problem with the software before.

Verizon phones have the direct transfer methods disabled (Bluetooth, USB cable, and IRDA) as well as limitation to OTA (Over The Air) transfer known as walled garden*. Due to this the www.vzwpix.com will be needed to transfer media to phones for Verizon customers.

I have an account at vzwpix.com and the software was working fine. Friday is when it first would not send a ringtone. It will send one every once in a while but that is it. I do not understand why it all of the sudden stopped working like it used to.

If you have a problem with Transferring ring tone files from your PC to your phone threw vzwpix.com , you would need to contact verizon , at this point you are using Ring tone media studio software for only save the ring tone file to your PC and then transfer threw vzwpix.com .
