Error -52 when trying to transfer ringtone to phone.

I've been thinking about getting RMS, and saw it on sale. Last night.
I decided to go to the web site first to make sure my phone was supported.
It is, and I downloaded a triial version,

But I can't upload anything. Each time I try I get a "-52" error message.

I have one attempt of five in my free trial left.

Obviously, I won't buy it if I can't get this last try to work.

Please help. I can't find any info about error messages!!

What are you trying to download and how ?

What type of a phone do you have ?

I need you to take a screenshot of this and e-mail it to me.

1. With the message/error on the screen, press the PrintScreen or PrtScn button on your keyboard.

2. Click Start, Programs, Accessories, and click Paint to open Paint.

3. Click Edit, Paste in Paint. The picture of the message should appear in the Paint window.

4. Click File, Save As..., where it says Save In at the top, change this to Desktop.

5. In the File name field type in your last name, in the Save as type field set it to JPEG and click the Save button.

6. Reply to this e-mail and attach the file from your Desktop.
