How to change sample rate to format acceptable to phone? - 11-22-2006, 07:36 AM

My Motorola RAZR accepts only 8-bit, 8khz WAV files, but I don't see any way in Ringtone Media Studio to change the sample rate to one my phone can use. I can download the file easily, but once in the phone, it's unusable. How can I change the sample rate and bit depth of an existing WAV file to the format I need?
