LG C2000 error -

When I try and download my wav file from the Locker I get this error: Document too large. I contacted my provider Cingular with no help. I was looking thru Cingular's forums and saw it could be the files can be no longer than 30 sec's long. Is there a way to edit the wav so I can make it 30 sec's? I am using a trail version of your software until I can figure out how to resolve this issue. If I can get this to work with my phone I will buy your product...thanks for any help...Carole
