no dial tone

Hello,

I have to send a fax I have ther BVRP software and ihave new modem but no dial tone... WHat am I doing wrong..

I have time warner DSL,, Windows XP and a Dell dimension 4600c.. my bvrp fax tools worked before I have relocated and cannot get my pc to fax documents..

Since installing DSL my Phonetools no longer operates like it used to.

Answer:
The version of our software that you currently use does not support faxing directly with your DSL modem, however if you still have the analog modem that our software came with installed in your PC, you should still be able to get it to work fine. Typically you will need to have a filter plugged into the analog modem and we do have a document on our website outlining how it needs to be hooked up so please take a look if you are running into any problems since getting DSL: http://www.bvrpusa.com/download/docu.../DSL_Setup.pdf
