What is Extended Download Service? Question: This service is like insurance. When you make a purchase without it you have 30 days from time of purchase to get your download. After that you can't download again. When you pay extra for EDS your purchase records will be kept active for 2 years and you will be able to download any time you need to in that period. All you need to do is notify us by email ( sales@novatix.com ) that you require a fresh download. If you have a CD burner or Zip drive, or if you purchase SendPhotos on CD, EDS is not of much value. Just download and make a backup copy to CD and you won't need to re-download again. |
