Transmission time out on Phone Tool 6 -

I purchased Phone tool 6 and downloaded and had no problem until lately. I
am rsunning windows xp with a dell data fax modem. When I fax it dials and then goes into transmission time out. Help

If your modem is listed as a Dell Data Fax modem, you will need to get updated modem drivers. The classic phone tools only has windows drivers, If the modem is installed as a standered modem its not going to communicate with the modem..
