I was able to transfer the ringtones I made to my Verizon LG V-Cast phone but it saved them as sounds not as ringtones so now I cannot use them as ringtones. What should I do?

You need to make sure that your phone service provider will allow you to save any sound's file as ringtone on your phoen , some of the phone provider will not allow to do that .

Hi, I am having the exact same problem with my phone, motorola L7c (Slvr). Ringtone media studio 2 was transferring mp3's to my phone no problem (to be used as ringtones that is). Then all of a sudden, it still sends the message, however I can only save it as a sound (qcp extension) which, 2 things, is lower in sound quality, and I cant use it as a ring tone. I just got off the phone with verizon support and they assured me that it is not a "carrier" issue, as I can still receive and send txt messages no problem. I am going to uninstall ringtone media studio and re install to see if that does anything, but has anyone found a real solution to this?
Thank you. |
