Default Allready registered on another computer - 06-17-2006, 04:11 PM

 Given Time, I would probably figure out where to enter my registration key in regedit. I have my Licensce # and my registration key
Liscence # <edit>. AND MY rEG KEY: <edit>. I am Bruce and my computer is still FRANKENSTEIN. i BUILT THIS COMPUTER AND SOMETIMES iTRY BETA PRODUCTS LIKE WINDOWS VISTA. To make a long story short I got lonhorned by Windows Vista. I tried your product on it and now when I try to reinstall on XP which i have returned you tell me I am registered on another computer. As I am laid off I will continue to contact you till this problem is resolved. If you trust than tell me where to enter my registration key

Not a good idea to post your registration key here.

Have you tried to reinstall the software?

I know it is very badly designed so that it is not possible to reenter details because the program just will not start.

Every month or so, my version "forgets" itself and I have to start all over again.

I've complained before, but there is little sign that anyone is working on a new version of Classic PhoneTools. So I don't expect them to implement a better registration process.

Eventually someone may send you a new number. I have had several.
