For well over 2 years I have been sending and receiving fax's with BVRP without any problems
. Today I keep getting an error "Couldn't find proper speed match" . I went into the general setup and changed from the default to the 9200 speed making no changes. At this time I reset the default once again after uninstalling and reinstalling. I sent a Word document through Fax Tools verses through Word as well and received the same error message. Any suggestions? I will refax in the a.m. to see if it might be on the other end as I fax'd them yesterday without problems. Thank you in advance. |
