Downloaded and installed CPT for a customer last week. Seems to work fine except that when he leaves CPT running, the CPT window turns black. He can access menus but cannot see them. Closing the program and restarting it fixes the display for a few minutes but he loses any faxes that have been received. I am trying to see if it is a screensaver issue. Has anyone else reported this problem?

No, I have never heard that issue before. Normally the window always comes up like that. With similiar issues there is an issue with the BMP files on the PC.
