Charging my phone -

Hi,
I thought that there was a way to charge my phone while using the application, but it doesnt seem to want to charge. My phone is a Motorola V188 and it has about 3/4 of the battery remaining. Does it have to get to a certain level before it starts charging or is charging not supported on this phone? Just wondering. Thanks.
