cannot fax excel documents

Hi,

i have the following problem with Classic Phonetools. I would like to fax excel documents and sometimes even a corel drawing, but when i attach the file to the fax and click send, it hangs - a new window pops up, that says Converting and shows the filepath of the document. The problem is, that it stays that way and never finishes the converting. Sending small text documents or even jpg fails works just fine, but i really would need to be able to send xls docs also. Any suggestions?

Lets try reinstalling Capturefax to see if that helps.

Here is a link and instructions for downloading and installing Capturefax BVRP.

1. Go to www.bvrpusa.com/capturefax

2. Save the file to your desktop

3. After the file is downloaded, close all programs, and from your Windows Desktop, double-click on CaptureFAX.exe .

4.To verify the Capture Fax drivers installed, from Windows, click Start, Settings, Printers and it should show those drivers.
