Cannot send via CAPTURE FAX BVRP

Windows XP Professional Version 2002 Service Pack 2

4. Details of the issue: From within Adobe Acrobat Reader I print to CAPTURE FAX BVRP. The driver comes up and the printing process "appears" to take place. However, when I subsequently go to Send Fax in Phonetools, the document is not attached. In addition, when I do a "Search" for capture.dgr, nothing is found. This worked in the past.

This began recently. Two months ago it was working fine. Other than the "routine" Microsoft system updates, I've done nothing new to my system.

So when you print to capturefax, the Sendfax window is not coming up automatically correct?


Here is a link and instructions for downloading and installing Capturefax BVRP.

1. Go to www.bvrpusa.com/capturefax

2. Save the file to your desktop

3. After the file is downloaded, close all programs, and from your Windows Desktop, double-click on CaptureFAX.exe .

4.To verify the Capture Fax drivers installed, from Windows, click Start, Settings, Printers and it should show those drivers.

Thanks, that fixed it. Although I do wonder why it messed up in the first place. I guess that'll remain an unknown.
