What modem do I need for voice - answerphone -

 hi, i have bought phonetools 6 and the voice tab does not appear, i believe it is because my modem can't handle voice, my modem is a hdaudio softv92 data faxmodem with smartcp - manufactured by cxt. the laptop is a sony vaio running windows xp.what modem do i require for my sony laptop for voice to work? thanks..

Multitech voice modems seem to work pretty will with our program.
Also you can use this link and then click on Compatible modems to see if a modem is compatible. This list for both programs is the same. http://www.bvrp.com/eng/products/phonetoolsexpert/
