Transfer problem with Ringtone Media Studio 3

I have an LG enV2 phone, service with Verizon. I've had mixed luck transferring tones. Sometimes I get multiple copies, sometimes I get nothing, and there's no logic as far as file size as to whether something goes through or not.

Recently I've started getting an error message when I try to transfer to the locker. It says: File transfer failed (Internal error (-60)). However, the file still usually seems to transfer to the locker. Sometimes I am able to transfer from there to my phone, other times not.

Can you please help me get this sorted? It shouldn't be this hard to put a few ring tones on my phone . . . Thanks.

I have the same problem. How do you make a new log in for a different cell number? I want to put ringtones on my husbands phone also.
