Lost my Outlook phonebook connection

I just upgraded to MS Outlook 2007 from Outlook 2003. The MS outlook phonebook loaded fine before I upgraded to Outlook 2007. Now I get an error message when I start PhoneTools Expert. The message states “Failure attempting open … Outlook.pst file” I checked the .pst file location and it is where it should be as before.

PhoneTools Expert version 4.13

I have Windows XP Pro

What do you suggest.
