I was able to copy and paste the add to cart buttons from paypal which is great.

I do have another question. Paypal gives you the option to customize the add to cart button to blend in with the website. I tried it but it will not show a picture of "add to cart". It shows a box with a small "x" and paypal typed next to it.

Is there a way to have the add to cart show up using the customize button? The reason I am asking is because the paypal button is so bright and slaps you in the face when you build your website. I want to use a color that is not so harsh but still have the add to cart for customers to see.

Hopefully I am making sense.

Thank you.

Linda

Normally when you get the magic "X" the link to your image isn't correct or is missing all together.

In the attached screen shot from the PayPal button setup screen you have to give the path to the image you want to use and it should preferably be in the root directory of you web site.

You will have to define the path something like

http://www.mydomain.com/image.jpg

where mydomain.com is your domain name and then the name of you graphic in whatever format it is (jpg, gif, png).

You don't want the button to be huge so I'd stick to something in the range of 200 pixels X 200 pixels.

Bingo. Missing image file or incorrect code for the image. Check your code and make sure you have uploaded the image to your server.
