Depending on what you are going to apply it to, you can do that by simply googling that in your search field. I use HTML Protect by AntSoft. http://www.antssoft.com/htmlprotector/index.htm

It just encrypts pages so that only those with the account name and password can view them. But if you want a database and such, that's a lot more learning.

Don't rely on any HTML encryption software to be foolproof. I use HTML Guard for somepages of mine and recently found out that a FREE webpage editor program can read the encryption! Not gonna tell you what program here, shoot me an PM.

I already know about the different editors that can read them. I also know that no page is completely secure. It's mainly used for the fact of providing a 'sort' of' secure feeling within the site. It's more of a deterrent than anything.
