I did some work for someone who's Web Host is Yahoo.. they are THE WORST ! (right now I am on hold.. 30 inute wait time)

Yeah, I have a client that made the mistake of using them too. Of course they have great uptime percentage and the ease of uploading is good, but the customer service sucks.
