I don't think you can get it to start automatically, I believe the user is always required to click on the little play arrow.

Personally, I don't like forcing visitors to automatically have videos loading and playing when they first get on to a page. Unless it is necessary for them to understand what they are doing on the page, of course. But those cases are rare.
