In the simplest form I'd say use something you already have like Word and then use a free PDF creator (like PrimoPDF) to turn the file into a pdf.

Boy, a glossy print catalog is going to shock the bean counters. Whole nuther world. First thing is to get chummy with who is going to print it and find out how they expect the files. Adobe and Corel are 2 programs that output the appropriate files. Good luck
If you aren't going to send out gazillions or these then David Rosso is right. Print out what you need on good stock for handouts to clients.

I assumed he meant for download/view from their website, which is why I suggested the PDF creator. If just printing then you can skip that step and just print out the Word doc.

David's pretty much got the right idea. Create your age in a quality .pdf file and you should be able to have the catalogue set for viewing n a website. If you are doing this, try to make sure to optimize your images in the lowest size you can with the best clarity. The larger the image size, the larger the .pdf files size as well. Keep it as much under 100 KB as possible for under four pages. Basically you want to keep it at around 25 - 50 KB per page.

Thanks for the input, I will see if using Word will work, but I didnt think that there was a way to make them full color, perhaps there is but I never entertained that as an option so I will check it out. Thanks for the input!
