Banner Ad

I am creating a Rodeo Website and as you know the templates are limited on space, I cannot find anywhere in the directions or manual to create a banner ad. Can you help or share the details how to do it. I would like a scrolling banner and would love the help.

Do you want to make a Banner ad, or display and Affiliate banner?

Basically I would just like to put a link to the sponsor and have the links change and go thru the list of sponsors. It really doesnt say how to do it.
I am ready to publish what I got so far so tomorrow morning it should be up.
