Why do is this page f-ed up?

Hello everyone. I'm working on this one page in my website that has a table in it. I've attached two files to this post. One of the page without a picture I want to add to it and one WITH the pic. I want to add.

When I add the pic. and then build it, the whole layout gets screwed up when I preview it.

When I don't add the pic., the layout is ok, except that I need to keep a space between the Premium Plan info. and the Basic Plan info. because the Basic Plan info. mysteriously moves up when the page is built. You'll see what I mean when you open the file.

Any ideas about what's going on here? I thought WE7 was supposed to be WYSIWYG.

Don't rely on PREVIEW. Actually export your files and view the true output html files or put them online temporarily to see how they look online. Preview does not always give you an accurate depiction of how things are.

I looked at both of your pages, they both looked fine when exported and viewed, nothing changed in the layout.
