I just had to reinstall Web Easy 7.0 on Vista. And now I have the "invalid serial number" problem. Since so many have had this problem, and it is so hard to get a response from Avanquest, is it possible to get the "tscookie" fix from someone on this board?

It was my understanding that you could reinstall the program a couple times with your serial number before it became an issue. I recently reinstalled mine as I had to replace the harddrive and I had no issue. My serial number has been used for two installations, both on the same machine with two different harddrives running WinXP Home Edition.
