Expireded WE Serial Number.. [Archive]

I bought a new PC, but I think the WE Serial Numb has expired, and I cant re-load. yes? no? Other option is buying WE at Walmart for $19.95. I wonder if the new owners of Avanquest will do a big re-haul of the software.

I'm not sure if I am reading into your reply post correctly or not, but my understanding is that this forum is for users of WE, which in turn means they are using a WYSIWYG program that requires little or no proper HTML experience.........

In my case I discovered that there is a 5 load limit. Somehow it knows that.
Pretty easy to hit the limit if one has to format and revamp a puter a couple of times, upgrades the OS and/or buys a new one.
You might try talking nice to tech and beg for a new unlock number or the simpler and faster method of 19.95. :cool:

I'm just glad I restored my files after I fried my Mother Board... I had to do all these MS steps to re-claim ownership of the files..
