embedded video

Hello,

I was able to embed a video (from a link) into a shape using the script editor.
So, when the page loads, that video "image" is displayed until someone clicks on play. Beneath that video I want a series of video screen shots to display, that when clicked on play in the same window/ shape as the default video. I hope that makes sense. I even tried to add a link to each video to open in a new window, which I would be OK with, but the link showed up as a text link and "pushed" the video image down. I also tried to put a text box behind the image, so when someone moves the cursor over the image/ video a description comes up, but only the description of one video shows up for all videos so I took it off????

You could upload your stuff to You Tube,and then take there embedded code to insert in your page. (it might even help your Biz) Video on a webpage is a little tricky only in the sense that if you don't do it right, it's going to take forever for it to load, which means 'bye bye' visitors..

Thanks WebMonkey08 for your reply. I like the idea. Unfortunately the video itself is by the manufacturer and I am only allowed to embed the video using the link provided or link to their page and have it open in a new window.

I tried to copy the actual "embed video here link" from their site for you to lock at, but I guess the forum doesn't allow it- it wouldn't let me post the thread with it. Their website is www.thesecuritychannel.com

I may even have a chance to use RSS so whenever they add new videos, I don't have to do anything else. I would really like to do it the way they did it on their site.
