1. I set my first link w/o problems. It was two words: "Contact Us," in non-rich text mode.
I linked three phrases in a rich-text box (all to the same internal-page destination), and when I went back to check them, either they didn't take or they tell me the rich text box already has a link.
Here is the message it gives me: "Cannot create nested links. The Rich Text item in the selection already has a link. Click OK to modify these links in edit text mode." I did this, but it didn't seem to change anything.
Then I went into another non-rich text box and attempted to set a few phrases into links. When I clicked on "link," not only did the menu not open--the word "link" disappeared from the edit bar.
2. I also can't find anything either in the manual or forum explaining the need for locking the images. It seems logical that after I have successfully linked my site that the images, text boxes, etc., should be locked before uploading. What say you?
BTW, please know you've got a lot of serious admirers out here in newbie land feeling their indebtedness to you for all your help. We couldn't do it without you.
