It gives you code to enter into a box, button (place holder) using the Custom Script Asst, and there is code you need to upload to your Public HTML Folder using there FTP Program which is kinda neat. Did you do that? Also, who's your web host?

My web host is ihostnetworks, Im not clear on my HTML public folder and many other issues Im more a designer than a tech geek, pleace can you ilustrate my with "step by step" instructions I been from tutorials, videos and all around help issues and is hard to admit that Im a slow learning old dog. I do this built the form on Form builder, save it, copy the code, go to Web Easy, my contact page, use a button as a HTML placeholder, go to Custom Scrip Assit., paste the code (it paste on a single straight line), go to preview and there is only a "Form Object" text, them uploand the site (all components) there I see the form on the upper corner, can write on it but when click on submit a new page comes up with hundres of words from coffecup. You all ready said so "forms" are a mess. What you can do to help me. Thanks very much. JC

Tell them about the Form, ask them if they use ASP Servers, there is a section in CC to configure for ASP, CC also has Customer Support.

Thanks guys, you shure want to help. on inserting HTLM I follow the instructions sharp as David re-directed me. Also I use a simple form from avanquest support that works great, and even o1 from forms4u.com once you review the page you see the form and works, but why Form Builder on the other hand shows on review only "Form Object" text where I place the HTML placeholder? Ok may be i should publish the page to see the form, is that the way of doing it? But the two i use just do the job, I dont know how goes ihost linux or asp but i will find out. Wow this stuff is getting to my nerves. I tried all you guys said or show me, Im not stupid but I all ready feel like one. In couple days I should fix this or I be sorry for spend $40 on an app. that does not work and giving me such a hard time.
Thanks Guys, show me the light
