You can use paypal for this. There are some other sites that I've bought software from but can't think of them at the moment.

I'm with David on this. To start off, you should consider using PayPal instead of buying expensive software or paying someone to design a shopping cart for you. There is a program out there that is really easy to use and has some really great features, but it's round $500. But totally worth it in my opinion. I can't thik of the name off hand, but will try to post it here later. It's on my laptop, and of course, that's at home right now.......
