If you have Hostmonster, here's the Form Instructons
Web Easy Forms
1) Choose form
2) enter http://www.hostmonster.com/monstermail when box opens asking for url
3)go to Object and choose 'Field Hidden"
4) drag the'Hidden Field' into the contact form, for example 'the comments area'
5)Click on 'Hidden Field' go to Custom Script, and put :
name="sendtoemail"
value="contact@cheapwebdesigninelgin.com" (put you email)
Go here http://login.hostmonster.com/?& to get your Form stuff that is sent to you, also you can have it forwarded to an another email addy
